If at any time gurukripamarriage.com is of the opinion or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, gurukripamarriage.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

Membership and rights of admission is reserved solely for Indian Nationals & Citizens ,Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) ,Non Resident Indians (NRI) ,Persons of Indian Descent or Indian Heritage.

7. Length of Membership:

You continue to be a member of Gurukripamarriage.com till:

•Gurukripamarriage.com discharges its obligations to you by the rendering of its services to you; or The termination of the membership by either Gurukripamarriage.com or you.

•Paid Memberships: - Validity of your paid membership is based on months or till marriage fixed.Whichever is earlier,that is.- as notified in Plans.

8.Expiry of Membership:

Once your membership with us expires, you will not be able to access your account, We request you to renew your membership with us to enjoy access to account and features.

9.Privity of Membership:

Your membership in the Gurukripamarriage.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity. Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. .Our site does not vouch or provide guarantee for or assurance of or subscribe to the claims and representations made by advertisers regarding particulars of status, age, income of other members.

10.Online Conduct:

You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through Gurukripamarriage.com's services. You will not allow to post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of Gurukripamarriage.com's competitors, including  their contact details. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails.

11.Extraneous Contents:

Gurukripamarriage.com hereby alerts and warns its members of the possibility of unauthorized posting of contents by any person including members and unauthorized users and advises discretion in access since such content, information or representation may not be suitable to you including being offensive. Gurukripamarriage.com will not in any way be responsible for such content, information or representations.

Gurukripamarriage.com is also not responsible for alterations, modifications, deletion, reproduction, sale, transmission or any such misuse of data and content in the public domain by any user.

Paid member, There is a limit to the number of profiles you are allowed to contact in registration period.  Being a free member, cannot get contact details. Gurukripamarriage.com reserves the right to change the feature to its members.

Your membership will automatically be suspended if you send "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message/s to other members.

Gurukripamarriage.com will allow only paid members to contact others.

Gurukripamarriage.com has the right to suspend your profile without any prior notice.

For matrimonial alliance / to get more response, Gurukripamarriage.com has the right to display your profile in social networking(media) websites.

Gurukripamarriage.com reserves the right to edit/delete your photo/horoscope if it's not a valid/clear/related one.

If we find duplicate profiles then we have rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles.

Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding a life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", "Friendship" etc.

Gurukripamarriage.com reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields. Gurukripamarriage.com may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith. If any abusive content is found in your profile/photo/video, Gurukripamarriage.com has the right to suspend your profile.

You will not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person holding its proprietary or licensed rights. Gurukripamarriage.com will not in any way be responsible or answerable to any action brought by any person arising out of your acts as described above.

Gurukripamarriage.com reserves the right but is not obligated, to edit, delete, eclipse or withhold display of such content or information as it deems fit in the light of the rules prescribed above.

14.Right to Form Consortium/Associates:

While providing services, Gurukripamarriage.com may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against Gurukripamarriage.com only and not against such persons or organizations.

15.Provision of Service:

Gurukripamarriage.com will provide the service[s] that are opted and paid for by the member. In addition, the member may also make use of the other free services that are applicable to them.

16.Confidentiality:

17.Confirmation of User:

Also by registering  at Gurukripamarriage.com and its consortium of portals, a user allows Gurukripamarriage.com to get in touch with him/her from time to time on events or offers. This could include exciting offers, information, as well as promotions. Gurukripamarriage.com can use your email address and/or telephone number for this purpose.

18.Termination of Membership:

The membership may be terminated by either party by serving a written notice/Telephone/E-mail on the other. Gurukripamarriage.com reserves the right to terminate the membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any member in breach of any of the terms. In no case will the Membership fees / Subscription fees  be refundable.

19.Content Posted on the Site:

You understand and agree that Gurukripamarriage.com may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of Gurukripamarriage.com, violate the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Gurukripamarriage.com and/or its Members. The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and Gurukripamarriage.com expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Gurukripamarriage.com cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Site and/or the Gurukripamarriage.com Service.

Gurukripamarriage.com not allowed male members to take contact details of female members who were older than or 15 years younger to them. And also not allowed female members to take contact details of male members who were 15 years older than or younger to them.

Gurukripamarriage.com offer only web based services to our esteemed clients.

Gurukripamarriage.com will charge only registration fees / subscription fees and data charges for it's services [Registration, Web site utilization, Data]. Apart from that, we don't charge commissions or sevice charge after marriage. Registration fees/any fees paid will not be refundable at any circumstances.

21.Refund:

Since Gurukripamarriage.com is not a product based service, PAYMENTS ONCE MADE WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

22.Membership Cancellation / Refund:

Only 75% of the payment amount is refundable.

Cancellation of the membership is only refundable if the following condition satisfies:

*The request  for the cancellation should be made within 24 hrs from the date of making payment.

*He/She should not have used the facilities of contact address details, Request Horo, Request Photo, Express interest , Search Profiles and also not use login name & password provided for their profile in gurukripamarriage.com.

Note: The membership cancellation and refund of the payment is only possible through our respective office.

23.Site Policies, Modification and Severability:

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
